Analytical Capacity Development Partnership-ACDP 042: Evaluation of Principal Preparation Program

The REDI commenced a consortium to carry out the assignment with ACER and Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS). REDI was responsible for conducting the data collection processes and was strongly engaged in the instrument development processes and finalization. The study targeted the following respondents, i.e.: 34 Province Education Dinas officials, 31 District Personnel Boards, 31 District Education Dinas officials, 14 LPMPs, 272 School Supervisors, 145 Master Trainers of the PPP, and 112 Assessors of LPPKS, 1,000 Principals, and 2,500 teachers. The data collection applied both quantitative and qualitative methods, applying surveys, interviews (in-depth interviews and Focus Groups) by fielding the field team and phone call/email surveys. The data was collected through 34 Provinces and 31 districts across Indonesia. The locations of fielding field survey are Aceh, West Sumatera, West Java, Central Java, DI Yogyakarta, East Java, Bali, West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, West Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, East Kalimantan, Ambon, and Papua.
