Tadabbur Alam Activity

On Tuesday, January 9, 2024, the entire REDI team held the Tadabbur Alam activity as an effort to get to know more about the signs of the greatness of Allah SWT by feeling and being present directly to see His beautiful and amazing creation. Apart from that, this activity also aims to relieve fatigue from routine office tasks so that the body and mind become fresher and can be more productive.

The Tadabbur Alam activity visited several tourist destinations in the Magetan District, East Java. The first location we visited was Cemoro Sewu which is the gateway to climbing Mount Lawu (3,265 MDPL). Not only enjoying the beauty of nature, but there also we took selfies together. Next, we moved to Telaga Saragan which is located not far from the previous location. Sarangan Lake is located on the slopes of Mount Lawu so the natural scenery is very beautiful, and the weather is cool. Typical food served includes rabbit satay, boiled corn, various agricultural products including vegetables and fruit.

Next, we walked about 4 km to Tirtosari Waterfall, which is also one of the favorite tourist destinations in Magetan. To enter this location, visitors are charged IDR. 7,000. For visitors who want to enjoy the beauty of this waterfall besides walking, residents also provide motorbike taxi services. Upon arrival at the waterfall location, all visitors must pay attention to safety and security aspects, especially when visiting in the rainy season because of the risk of landslides.
