Outbound Survey

This survey aims to obtain data/information on average national tourism expenditure (Wisatawan Nasional) and types of expenditure as input in policy formulation as well as updating travel outflow data in the Indonesian Balance of Payments statistics. Respondents to the 2016 Outbound Survey were national tourists who visited abroad for purposes other than work or to perform the Hajj/Umrah at four (4) exits/arrival points, one of which was at Juanda Airport. The survey respondents were 400 tourists.
