Residential Property Price Survey (SHPR)

The survey is conducted every quarterly with property company respondents. The aim of this survey is to obtain early information regarding residential property developments to support the implementation of Bank Indonesia’s duties in determining and implementing monetary and macro prudential policies, through improving data quality.
