Survey of Domestic Tourist Preferences during the Adaptation to New Habits

This survey aims to obtain updated preferences from domestic tourists towards Indonesian tourism destinations, identify the level of public knowledge regarding Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environment Sustainability (CHSE) certification, as well as obtain information related to marketing needs and desired facilities. The survey was conducted in the city of Surabaya with a target of 100 respondents, who were divided into several criteria, the age group over 20 years and had an income, domiciled in the city of Surabaya, and an income of more than IDR 5,000,000/month.
