INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
REDI opens internship programs to national and international students based on its project/operational needs. Interns will gain experience in data collection as an enumerator/interviewer, writing research reports, data analysis, data cleaning, quality assurance, organizing research-related events, and making articles for publication.
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor students in economics, mathematics, statistics, and social science.
- Have good academic performance, as demonstrated by a recent university transcript
- Willing to commit to the internship program for a minimum of three months (according to university policy)

REDI Supports Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM)
REDI opens its internship program in partnership with universities in Indonesia to support the MBKM program. For more information, please email redi@redi.or.id.
Universities that have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with REDI, their students can contact their respective universities to apply for an internship at REDI. REDI strongly considers the interns whose qualifications match the current project activities and operational needs.
REDI warmly welcomes the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program and is ready to accept interns to acquire knowledge and skills that are relevant to the workplace. In accordance with REDI’s core business, intern students will gain various knowledge and skills related to research and report writing.
PROGRAM#1
Involvement in data collection activities.
Objective:
Providing knowledge & skills in a series of data collection activities.
Activities:
- Involving in the preparation process: drafting questionnaires in the digital platform (CAPI), Involving as a full training participant
- Involving as an enumerator in data collection activities using various interview methods and techniques
- Involving in data management processes: data cleaning, compilation, etc.
PROGRAM#2
Analysis and writing report
Objective:
Providing knowledge & skills in conducting data analysis and writing report
Activities:
- Performing data analysis
- Writing project reports
- Preparing presentation material for research results in PowerPoint
PROGRAM#3
Writing and publishing article in an indexed journal
Objective:
- Providing and improving skills in writing articles using primary data or ‘open-source data’.
- Submitting articles to relevant journal websites
- Credit for intern students and REDI
Activities:
- Training in writing scientific articles
- Preparing research topics
- Preparing technical proposals, including sampling and analysis techniques
- Preparing questionnaires and developing programs
- Carrying out primary data collection activities through surveys
- Performing data analysis
- Preparing research reports and presentations
- Presenting research results
- Submitting research results to relevant journal websites
