MILAD REDI KE-20 (2021)

Sharing, Caring, Empowering

The city of Surabaya is known as one of the culinary tourism destinations in East Java with a variety of menu choices, including nasi pecel, fried duck, rujak cingur, and other menu choices.

This 20th anniversary, with the theme Sharing, Caring, Empowering! REDI invited several small businesses as lunch vendors to the office. They came to the office and served their respective menus to be enjoyed by the REDI team, housing security and cleaning staff, and fellow students from Airlangga University who were serving as associate data staff.

The menu choices provided were Nasi Pecel Mba Naning, Bakso Pak Breng, Soto Daging Cak Mat, and market snacks & Madurese porridge. They are a small food business that is located near the office and has been operating for quite a long time. With all you can eat concept, anyone is welcome to enjoy the menu of dishes provided. Apart from enjoying lunch together, this anniversary also provided various door prizes and cash prizes for the lucky ones!

In REDI’s daily activities of completing the work, the involvement of small businesses around the office is necessary. REDI also has a high commitment to encouraging the sustainability of small businesses in the surrounding areas. Examples of small business involvement are in providing souvenirs for respondents, photocopies of work documents, car rental services, snacks and lunches for meetings, and others.
