Cheers to another year of success!

 

REDI’s birthday is celebrated annually on May 21, and in 2023, REDI turns 22 years old. This age shows a not short span of time in which REDI has contributed to various research and study activities conducted by the central and regional governments, as well as local community components through activities to increase human resource capacity.

 

The 22nd anniversary, REDI carries the theme ‘Cheers to another year of success’ and was attended by all the founders, Bapak. Indra Nur Fauzi, M.Si., Prof. Dr. Raditya Sukmana, SE., M.A., Bapak. Habib Basuni SE., Ak. M. Ak. C.A. CPA, and Bapk Yunus Enus, S and their families. Apart from that, this anniversary felt more meaningful with the presence of all staff in the program and office sections and several associate researchers who have been involved in various activities carried out by REDI, including Dr. Miguel Angel Esquivias Padila, M.SE., and Dr. Dra. Badruli Martati, SH., MA., M.Pd.

 

Symbolically, the anniversary was opened with the recitation of the holy Quran and the cutting of tumpeng by Bapak Habib Basuni. Next was a ‘flashback’ session which gave the founders of REDI the opportunity to tell how REDI was founded, its goals and the struggles they had to go through to get to where they are today.

 

REDI, Smart! Excellent! Trusted! This is a tagline that is very familiar to members of the REDI extended family, both in the office and in the field. The tagline inspires everyone to complete a job or task.

  • That we have to be Smart at work. Working smart can be measured through the effectiveness of time, energy, and costs used in completing a job/task. This achievement can be supported by utilizing various latest technologies and accompanied by the user’s mastery and skills.
  • Working smart will produce excellent (satisfying) output. To obtain a satisfactory output, the process must also be well prepared. Process administration that is open/transparent, measurable, scheduled, and applies professional ethics is expected to maximize the quality of the process and its results.
  • A job that is done smartly will produce excellent output, thereby forming trust from colleagues and clients.

 

A relaxing and entertaining event, enjoying dinner and sharing prizes in the form of snacks which turned out to have other prizes in them.

 

We hope that we will continue to experience togetherness, the food we enjoy will be a blessing for all, and the gifts we receive will encourage us to be better in the future.
